Company Policies
1. Return Policy
Products may be exchanged or replaced for identical merchandise within 30 days if merchandise is found initially defective upon first hand use. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the item. All returned merchandise must be in its original packing carton with all supporting accessories and instruction manuals. We do not accept damaged or misused merchandise. Most of our products carry additional warranties for parts and labor; please ask your sales representative for more information.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders which have been placed may be canceled within 5 days after the placement of the order. As materials may have been ordered, cut, assembled, or shipped on your behalf from our factories or dealers, you are responsible for the costs associated with processing, designing, contracting, customizing, and shipping that have been incurred as a result of your order. Five days after the order is received by Blue Cube LCD, canceling any/all of a custom order as defined by Blue Cube LCD, will be charged a 30% cancellation fee and if there is a deposit, Blue Cube, LCD will retain 50% of the deposit.
3. Customized Product Policy Regarding Cancellation
Customized projects cannot be canceled.
All customized product orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Customized products include products that meet any or all of the following descriptions: products designed to specifications of customer, products branded with customer name and/or logo, products specially ordered for customer or any other product in which the customer had an influence on the finished product outcome.
4. Order Tracking
Please contact us at (641)923-2338 to check the status of your order and/or request tracking numbers of packages. Please allow at least one day for our system to provide you with tracking number after the package is shipped.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Blue Cube, LCD strives to deliver product on or before scheduled delivery times. However, Blue Cube LCD is not responsible for delays in product delivery. Please call our facility at (641)923-2338 for up to date shipping information.
